This sale was not a tipical sale due to the death of the owner and health isues of her daughter. John helped me navigate our way threw some legal isues and was patient when I was getting frustated. Would deffinently use him again
He gave me pointers on curb appeal, got pictures taken quickly and as soon as we were ready, the house was listed on the web. My moms house was sold within a couple days. As Power of Attorney, I was able to get everything finalized within record time and when my mom passed, it was one less obstacle to handle after death. Really appreciate all involved.
